Ottawa County Supportive
The Ottawa County Supportive Housing is affordable housing for persons who are disabled and have a low income because of their disability. This program provides quality housing to individuals and families whose access to safe and affordable housing options are limited.
The Ottawa Country Supportive Housing program provides 45 apartments of affordable rental housing at scattered sites located in Holland, Zeeland and Grand Haven. Beeline Apartments in Holland is home to 24 families in three separate buildings. - 12 one-bedroom units - 8 two-bedroom units - 4 three-bedroom units. Eighteen of these apartments have income-based rent through the Project-Based Voucher Program and are reserved for individuals and families with permanent disabilities. Seven of these apartments are designated for those who are homeless and disabled. In addition, six apartments are available to low-income households at or below 45% AMI. Grand Haven houses 9 families at Despelder Place Apartments in two single-story buildings. - 2 one-bedroom units - 5 two-bedroom units - 2 three-bedroom units Six of these apartments have income-based rent through the Project-Based Voucher Program and are reserved for individuals and families with permanent disabilities. Two of these apartments are designated for those who are homeless and disabled. In addition, three apartments are available to low-income households at or below 45% AMI. Zeeland provides 12 families with affordable housing at the North Elm Apartments in three buildings. - 4 one-bedroom units - 6 two-bedroom units - 2 three-bedroom units Eight of these apartments have income-based rent through the Project-Based Voucher Program and are reserved for individuals and families with permanent disabilities. Three of these apartments are designated for those who are homeless and disabled. In addition, four units are available to low-income households at or below 45% AMI. |

Amenities & Pet Policy
Ottawa and Allegan County Supportive Housing units offer individual entrances, covered front porches, and rear patios or decks. Each apartment has a full-size front loading washer and dryer, dishwasher and central air-conditioning. One cat or one dog under 20 pounds that meets the pet policy requirements may be approved by management. Pets must be spayed or neutered, cats must be declawed, and dogs must be licensed. Service animals are welcomed.
